A very famous architecture competition from the 90’s. The unusual case of a wealthy businessman who couldn’t find another way but to summon the Peruvian Architects Association (Colegio de Arquitectos del Peru-CAP), to design a solution for his new home…a bachelor’s house, the utopia that became a reality.
